We are looking foraTeachingAssistant with an interest in working with pupils with autism and associated disorders. All pupils have significant learning difficulties and complex needs. The range of abilities stretches from Engagementlevelsto lower NationalCurriculum levels.

A can-do attitude and good personality are the most important thing our schools look for, so we need exceptional communicators who can work confidently on their own but also as part of a team with other teaching assistants and class teachers.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous and recent experience of working in a Primary or SEN School or any Education/residential setting
Strong behaviour management with a flexible approach
