You will have direct management responsibility of the Involvement Coordinator staff and will be office based at St Georges Park, Morpeth, full-time.
You will be responsible for the management and ongoing development of a comprehensive efficient and effective administration and clerical team on behalf of the service.
The Involvement Bank is a centralised resource, of over 200 registered people, with lived experience of mental health services, who support involvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills with extensive experience of working with Microsoft packages, to include Excel, Outlook and Word.
With direction from the Quality and Performance Manager you will administer public and internal events.You will have significant experience in administration and secretarial management and must demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
The role will have a considerable level of autonomy to develop and support the administration team. The post holder must be able to travel across the geographical area of the Trust.CNTW NHS Foundation Trust will not provide sponsorship for this role.
Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Patient Information Systems
Evidence of continuous professional development
Significant experience in administration and secretarial management. Experience of dealing with complaints
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication, organisational, people management, time management, negotiation, analytical skills, decision making, problem solving and report writing skills.
