Head of Service Delivery

Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office)

£ per day (outside IR35) OR up to £90K per year (Fixed Term Contract)

Duration: 3-6 months

STOIX are partnering exclusively with a Global business to attract a Head of Service Delivery on a short-term basis to drive change and improvements within their IT Service delivery team.

Key responsibilities:

Create an IT Ops manual with processes, service levels, resolver groups, escalation paths etc for the IT support vendor
Lead the creation and execution of an RFP process to select a vendor to run our store IT support (and take contractual and operational responsibility for all other services e.g., networking)
Create internal processes to manage major incidents and escalations
Strong presence, drive and charisma; strives for excellence
Understands how organisations work and the reasoning behind policies, knowledgeable of different organizational cultures
Uses an honest and empowering mentoring style to harness value and potential; promotes collaboration
Customercentric; Takes personal responsibility for increasing customer satisfaction
Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
Handson approach and initiative; demonstrates a willingness to jump into action wherever they might be needed
