Description

Current vacancy for a Mechanical Supervisor working for a large public sector organisation.

The role is working with the estates team and will involve looking after mechanical repairs, including water systems, HVAC, heating systems.

Ideally you will have hands on experience of have at least level 3 in NVQ or City and Guilds and ideally further training and good IT skills.

Duties will include,

Day to day management of in house work operatives.

Pre / post inspections of works.

Working knowledge of building regs.

Experience of working within large estate including plant rooms.

Ensuring works are carried out to relevant standard and value for money.
