Customer Experience Manager, could this be you?


You would be working with a leading Insurance company working with their new fully digital line of car insurance, managing and driving the best CX from end to end browsing through to claims.

Working alongside UX / UI developers to deliver seamless processes within the customer journey.

Also, collaborating with the wider CX team to create and deliver the digital product roadmap, sharing best practice, driving process improvements and enhancingcustomer experience.

If you have Digital CX experience please don't hesitate.

Salary/Benefits:

Competitive annual salary dependent on experience ( £50,000 - £70,000 )

Annual company & performance-based bonus
