Morpheus Talent solutions are currently patterned up with The UK's market leader in battery storage, with 225 MW of operational and more than 600 MW in construction of grid-scale storage capacity.

What does this mean for you?


They are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced energy market leader to lead the maximization of the contracted revenue from their global portfolio of battery energy storage assets globally.

You will manage the commercial relationships withElectricity System Operators to secure contracts across all active and apparent power services including Frequency, Balancing, Reactive Power, and energy trading

Based on a minimum of BESS experience, Contract negotiation, execution and power purchase agreements, you contribute to the development of the world's most innovative company for battery technology by:

  • Maximising the contracted revenue from battery energy storage assets
  • Supporting origination and working on the development of commercial products for transmissionlevel largescale energy storage projects at a global scale
  • Developing compelling propositions and competitive bids in multiple markets
  • Developing strategic partnerships to support the scaling of the business
  • Managing seniorlevel relationships with Energy System Operators (ESO) and Route to Market (RTM) Providers
  • Contributing to the strategy process including identifying contracting and hedging opportunities to take their experience to other target markets (e.g. Europe/US/AUS)
  • Liaising with international teams to support daytoday commercial contract negotiations of projects until the closure of the deals
