    Profile:

    • University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in marketing communication in an international environment
    • Expertise in marketing strategies, channels, and branding
    • Solid understanding of the financial landscape, including trends, developments, and target groups
    • Experience in collaborating with agencies and creative professionals
    • Ability to identify business needs and lead projects from conception to completion
    • Team player with a high degree of creativity and initiative
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
    • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English; German is a plus

    The role:

    At PATRIZIA, the Marketing Manager acts as a key business partner to the Capital Markets International, Global Investment Strategy, Research & Investment Solutions, and Infrastructure business units, playing a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies and communications plans.

    Your responsibilities;

    • Act as the central internal liaison for marketing with various departments to ensure alignment and coherence between marketing initiatives and departmental objectives, thereby facilitating a seamless flow of information
    • Collaborate closely with the Business Units, Corporate Communications and Agencies to develop and execute an annual Content Marketing Program for sponsored content, this involves identifying opportunities, collaborating with relevant individuals from conception to delivery, and managing post-dissemination activities through various marketing channels
    • Coordination of internationally sponsored conferences supporting the capital markets and infrastructure teams, including pre-event planning and execution
    • Lead the creation and distribution of newsletters, including content planning, writing, and coordination with editorial teams
    • Oversee the planning and execution of webinars, managing the entire lifecycle from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion and post-event analysis
    • Spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of the PATRIZIA City Pulse platform, a distinctive brand asset that highlights European urban investments via comprehensive data, authoritative expert analysis, and in-depth insights
    • Ensure on-going tracking and reporting of relevant metrics to keep BU heads informed about the progress, impact, and ROI of our marketing and communication activities
    • Drive continuous professionalization and standardization of our activities and processes
