    An exciting opportunity has arisen, working as a full-time Customer Consultant in our Cardiff Branch.

    This position is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9-5 (with a requirement to work two Saturdays each month, given back as time in lieu).

    You will be working as part of a supportive, established, and fun team of people, providing excellent face-to-face customer service to our members, taking ownership of their individual needs.

    Resolving member enquiries through to resolution, you will pride yourself on delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service.

    Face-to-face customer service experience is helpful, but not essential - what we are really interested in is a genuine passion for going above and beyond for our members.

    At the start of your career, we will support you through a blended learning experience.

    This is where you will learn how to be successful in your role through a mixture of virtual classroom & practical training, as well as having the opportunity to develop these new skills, fully supported, within your branch.
