Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents.As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September.

Mon-Fri between
Contract Length: 2 months
Rate of Pay:
£15.78p/hr

Sound good? Here's a bit about the job.
- Working as part of the dedicated onsite team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home
- You will be ensuring that the location remains safe and always looking its best, by providing a high standard of repair and maintenance service
- Undertake repair and maintenance tasks to a high quality including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; replacement of lighting lamps/tubes and required statutory testing
- Running weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks
- Logging maintenance requests, H&S hazards and stock requests as required

- Experience in undertaking repairs and maintenance in a residential environment or experience in any of the following trades: building, plumbing or carpentry
- Able to work in a safe and compliant manner
- Flexible and able to work shifts between Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays
- Always willing to go above and beyond to solve a problem
