Our client

Our client is an independent agency based around, Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations in the London Borough of Southwark.

They always act with integrity, treat customers with respect, ensure properties are marketed and managed in the right way, and set outto exceed expectations at every step.

They also provide the right tools and training for their staff, and their lettings portfolio is made up of well-maintained properties, with the vast majority being within walking distance of their office.

About the role
Main duties include

  • Manage tenancies and liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Carry out detailed midterm property visits
  • Assess and evaluate maintenance issues, provide good advice and arrange repairs
  • Qualify suitable contractors for our preapproved directory
  • Ensure lettings stock is ready for marketing
  • Oversee pre
- and post-tenancy procedures including deposits

  • Evaluate current rolespecific processes and propose/introduce improvements
  • Lettings file progression and paperwork production
  • Sending documents for digital signing
  • Keep the CRM system (RPS) up to date with relevant notes and information
  • Handle basic customer queries during busy periods
Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 9am6pm Friday 9am5:30pm
  • Up to three Saturdays a year 10am3pm (as cover)
  • 20 days' holiday allowance plus bank holidays
  • Additional paid time off between Christmas & New Year
