We are delighted to be instructed on this Lettings Manager position, this company are one of the best in the business.

You will be based on a site boasting some of the most vibrant living quarters in the world. It truly is a masterpiece of the modern-day, luxury apartments carefully designed by the very best architects out there. It is a 5 star development based in PCL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the day to day running of the site
  • Setting up the project and launching
  • Helping with the marketing of the site
  • Managing the agent instructed on the site
  • Setting up the apartments and organizing furnishings etc
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property
  • PCL experience
  • Currently Senior Negotiator level or above
  • Proven track record of success
  • Experience in working with HNW individuals
