£25,000 to £28,000

Online retailer based in Rugeley, this company sells software to millions of customers worldwide. They are going through substantial growth and adding to their finance team.


Why would I want to work here?
Free on site parking, salary up to £28,000 with a increase after probation.

Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, and Friday 9.00 am to 3.30 pm, 25 day holiday plus bank holiday.

The scope of the role
Support the Financial Controller and Management Accountant with all accounting transactions.


The essence of the role

  • Cash book maintenance and month end journals
  • Balancing of control accounts
  • Sales Ledger Maintenance and raising of Invoices
  • Balancing of Aged Debtor reports and Sales Ledger Day Book
  • Credit control and debt collection
  • Petty cash control and balancing
  • Bank Reconciliations

Prerequisites

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounts assistant experience
  • Ideally from an ecommerce / online retailer background
  • Used Sage or Xero and Excel
  • Immediate start is ideal
