Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

The Role
This role is to support our very busy Finance department in the following tasks:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
  • Reviewing of supplier invoices.
  • Raising queries with suppliers.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Maintenance of the sales ledger and debt chasing.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Motivate team members to work towards individual & team goals and objectives and fosters an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development.
  • Cooperating with the finance controller on ad hoc reporting.
  • Other financial administration as required.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Finance Supervisor.
  • Experience in office accounts to a supervisory level.
  • Able to maintain and understand cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proficient user of finance software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • A relevant Professional qualification such as ATT or similar is preferred but not essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and clients.
  • The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
  • Excellent communication skills.
