Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
The Role
This role is to support our very busy Finance department in the following tasks:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
- Reviewing of supplier invoices.
- Raising queries with suppliers.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Maintenance of the sales ledger and debt chasing.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Motivate team members to work towards individual & team goals and objectives and fosters an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
- Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development.
- Cooperating with the finance controller on ad hoc reporting.
- Other financial administration as required.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Finance Supervisor.
- Experience in office accounts to a supervisory level.
- Able to maintain and understand cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A relevant Professional qualification such as ATT or similar is preferred but not essential.
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and clients.
- The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
- Excellent communication skills.
