Position Summary


The Directors' Office Team Leader is entrusted with guiding daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and nurturing a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

1.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the team, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members meet and exceed performance targets.

Operational Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including monitoring service levels by pulling call recordings. Optimize staffing levels to meet customer service demands. Manage schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate team resources to ensure efficient and effective support for the branches.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance. To also generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to be shared with business owners.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and analyse client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Training and Development:

working with the training team, develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Directors' Office team including monthly 1:1's.

Stay informed about industry trends and share relevant information with the team.

To also conduct quarterly mystery shopper calls to get firsthand experience of the client journey and spot any possible flaws.


6.


Phone cover:

Assist on inbound and outbound where necessary to cover peak times, holiday and sick days.
