About the Role & Company

CCM are a British Motorcycle manufacturer, based in Bolton. We are one of the most successful and exciting brands in the naked motorcycle market today.

We are seeking a temporary administrator. You will support a busy aftersales team in providing fantastic customer service.

Key roles & responsibilities

  • Taking service bookings over the phone
  • Updating computer systems with transaction and customer information
  • Scanning and uploading documents, mainly completed job cards
  • Completing postage information on carrier portals to send out spares to customers
  • Data entry
Key requirements

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • GCSE English and Maths
  • Computer literate with experience updating information and transactions
  • Flexible to help out the team
  • Call Centre Skills
Key Job Info

  • Salary: 22,000.00 per annum
Working Hours: 8.30am till 5.00pm, Monday-Friday
