About the role:


As Content Executive, you will work as a key member of the Wavemaker UK Content team delivering industry-leading content solutions across a range of Wavemaker clients.


The role will include responding to briefs, generating ideas with our creative team, planning and activation of multidisciplinary creative solutions & partnerships including production, tech, digital, social, radio, talent, experiential, influencers, print, sponsorships, and TV partnerships.


Working alongside the wider Wavemaker Content team, you will build strong relationships with your clients and act as a specialist advisor to them maximising their content partnership opportunities.


You will also work closely with a variety of partners (including media owners, production companies & influencers) collaborating with them on creating best-in-class partnerships that will help meet our client's business needs.


In this role, you will:


As a Content Executive within the Wavemaker UK Content team, you will be a key member of the team supporting the wider Wavemaker Content team and delivering outstanding content solutions to clients.


You will be responsible for working with the Managers, Directors and Leads in the team on answering client briefs and delivering campaigns across digital, tech, social, experiential, radio, talent & influencers, print, sponsorships, and TV.


Other core responsibilities include:
- **Planning and Delivery**: Working on projects including generating creative executions/ideas, reviewing partner responses, activation, delivery & project management, and reporting.

Campaign Management: Bringing the campaign/partnership to life by supporting with project management (alongside our Project Management team) which includes managing status calls, timelines, content approvals & media delivery.

Client Servicing: Working with clients to handle requests in a professional, timely, and accurate manner whilst building strong and effective relationships.

Media: Good knowledge of media including the media landscape & channels and media activation process including media plans and reporting.

Commercials: A basic understanding of the WM Content commercial model and internal processes including media bookings and finance.

Team: A strong team player, supportive and collaborative with colleagues, keen to learn and develop from others as well as sharing their own expertise amongst their team.

Innovation & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with media partners and actively seeking out interesting trends/ industry updates to keep team and clients up to date.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of media systems such as Media Explorer, Prisma, AURA or equivalent.
