    We're looking for a Fabric Engineer to join our FM team based on sites across Wiltshire.

    Location: On-site, Wiltshire – Multiple sites

    Contract: Full time, Permanent. Monday to Friday with Call out rota.

    What will you be responsible for?

    As a Fabric Engineer you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in building maintenance across the sites.

    Your day to day will include:

    • General fault finding and repair to sanitaryware, drainage above and below ground and building fabric components and architecture
    • Maintaining up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals, both hard copy files and electronic
    • To participate within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours
    • Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers and work as part of a team

    What are we looking for?

    This role of Fabric Engineer is great for you if:

    • A self-starter, able to work efficiently in several properties on any given day.
    • The properties include Schools, Nurseries & Leisure Centres and an Enhanced DBS will be required to work around vulnerable people.
    • City and Guilds in Carpentry
    • Full, Clean Driving License
