Litigation Fee Earner

A multi - national law firm based in a modern, prestigious business park with free on-site parking, bus routes, walking distance to a retail outlet and easy access to motorway routes are seeking an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their busy Road TrafficAccident team.

Our Client adopt modern structures and incorporate paperless based systems.
Fast track progression provided onto various departments based on performance with a lucrative basic salary plus monthly bonus structure.


The Litigation Fee Earner will have at least 2 years previous experience in dealing with personal injury litigated matters - ideally relating to Road Traffic Accidents.

They will have the ability to run a litigated case load.

In addition, they will possessthe following abilities:

  • Able to use a case management system, ideally Proclaim;
  • Able to use MS Word and MS Outlook;
  • Able to work to a high standard of accuracy;
  • Able to manage time and work efficiently;
  • Able to handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision;
  • Able to act as a point of contact for clients;
  • Able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.

Experience:


  • 2 Year +

In return, the Litigation Fee Earner will receive-:
