One of the North West's leading law firms has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated IT Support to join their team in their Oldham Office.

They are looking for an IT Support who has the ability to Maintain the IT infrastructure across 3 sites

Some experience of working in windows virtual server environments with active directory, SQL and networking is useful but not essential.

The Role & Responsibilities:

Support and assistance in use of case management software with workflow development
Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure across 3 sites with the support of external IT consultants and contractors.
Provide desktop support to nontechnical colleagues.
Develop workflows within the case management software.
Provide management information and marketing target lists from SQL data.
Initiate and carry out projects including assessing stakeholder requirements to implementation, collation and analysis of resulting performance with the support of external IT consultants and contractors.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar IT role within a fastpaced business.
Ideally you will have experience working in the legal sector, but this is not essential.
Broad experience across a multitude of IT issues.
Experience providing user support for a case management system would be ideal but not essential (they use Tikit P4W).
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities with an aptitude to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels within the company.
