The Company


I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a proven track record of delivering high quality developments.


They are offering exciting career prospects as well as attractive salary/benefits packages and after securing several new projects they are now looking for a Customer Care Manager to join their growing team, working on prestigious high rise and student accommodation projects.


The Role


To coordinate defect works for the aftercare department, investigating and rectifying any defects for clients in their new homes for the 2-year warranty period.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Update inhouse snagging system.
  • Create and maintain defect log sheet.
  • Appoint works and maintain handyman & contractors diaries.
  • Draft and send letters to customers

  • Deal with ad hoc customer issues.
  • Validate and process timesheets.
  • Order supplies.
  • Working alongside the other Customer care Co Ordinator to ensure a smooth running of the department.

Required Experience:


  • Customer handling skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Professional letter writing skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Confident and proactive communicator.
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Experience of working in construction or social housing.

Desirable:


  • Experience of dealing with tenants.
  • Customer care qualification NVQ or similar.
