Working a weekly rotating shift pattern, hours of work are Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 and 14:00-22:00

We're now looking for a flexible, committed, and enthusiastic individual with previous warehouse experience to join our friendly and motivated team.

Requirements:

Preferably previous experience supplying internal departments with multiple SKU's of raw materials using a hand held scanner and manual documentation.

Experience with supplying external customers with multiple products while demonstrating a responsible and self-disciplined attitude.

Highly organized, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in line with Standard Operating Procedures
Able to work independently as well as within a team.
Demonstrate manual handling and awareness of health, and safety regulations.
Working knowledge of Sage 200 advantageous but not essential.
Forklift certification advantageous for Bendi trucks, however training will be given.
Manual handling awareness
Dependable and flexible.
Able to work 4 weekends per year for full stock checks (payable at overtime rate)

Warehouse Operative Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate a Safety-First attitude while performing their daily activities. Follow company and health and safety regulations for a secure working environment.
Sorting and replenishing picking locations
Picking orders
Dispatching orders
Loading and offloading HGVs within the yard area

- always Maintaining warehouse and yard hygiene

Labelling and storing goods during receipt and picking.
Occasional heavy lifting involved.
Cycle counting
Checking and reporting damages and quality issues
Health and safety inspections to racking, building, and reporting any safety concerns.

Salary:
£9.90-£11.38 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
