An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and competent Assistant Manager to manage the operations of this successful office of an independent estate agency in East Finchley - North London.

The Assistant Sales Manager will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames.

The successful individual will be expected to draw from their pool of experience, be able to hit the ground running, and strive to ensure that the high level of service the company is known for is maintained at all times.

Previous experience within a successful agency is essential as well as a proven track record in high level property sales and negotiations.
