We are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to work with a prestigious, education organisation for an initial period of 9 months.

Working as part of the Employee Relations team within our People and Culture department, you will make a significant contribution to providing a quality HR services to stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a key role, working closely with senior managers and line managers, providing the necessary guidance, support and expertise needed in order to reach solutions and resolve all people related matters.

The role is an HR generalist one and will be working as part of a small, friendly and supportive People & Culture team.

This results in the requirement to be flexible in the role, you will be predominantly focussing on a broad range of employee related matters with a strong focus on building effective working relationships with managers and staff in order to deal with queries effectively and efficiently.
