Our client is a family run business, with an amazing product and a customer centric approach. They have stores in the UK and a rapidly growing online, International and concessions business.

They really care about people, customers, and the communities in which they trade and are now looking for a CRM Executive.

The role will be based out of their Amersham Head office, with six days per month home working.


CRM Executive - Responsibilities

  • Analyse performance and report on success and learnings during trading sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications and maintain health of the current CRM/ platform Emarsys.
  • Identify areas of improvement with content, ways of working, data & technical development.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies to drive performance and continuously improve the channels.
  • Ensure CRM fully supports brand and commercial initiatives and is GDPR compliant.
  • Identify and keep your finger on the pulse across trends and opportunities, utilising and building on them, to drive future campaigns.
  • Support with artwork briefing and execution with suppliers/internal teams.

CRM Executive - Required Skills

  • Potential to manage, lead, develop and coach a junior team member.
  • Full UK, valid driver's licence.
  • Working knowledge of analytics packages (Google/Adobe).
  • Previous user of graphic design software (Illustrator/Photoshop).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priority planning.
  • 23 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail business.
  • Previous experience working with agencies and solutions providers.
  • Experience of working alongside affiliate marketing and paid search managers.
  • Degreelevel qualification or equivalent.
