UE03 £21,978 to £22,681 pro-rata per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £22,214 to £24,248 pro rata is planned to take effect from Spring 2024)

Accommodation, Catering and Events; Business Development and Occupancy

Fixed Term - May - September
**Positions - 1 x 21 hours per week and 2 x 28 hours per week


The Opportunity:


To work with the Student Allocations team to provide efficient and effective support within the Student Allocations team, with primary focus on the handling of the incoming enquiries and promotion of all student accommodation allocations throughout the busy summer period.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant IT skills and the ability to work with Microsoft packages
  • An ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a busy administration environment. Can deal with difficult or dissatisfied customers during the summer period
