Description

The Role.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract within our Parts Check Team.


You will be responsible for actioning parts check requests that are received through our live system, highlighting any delays which may impact customers and processing checks.

You will also be supporting Goods Inwards with queries relating to glass delivery, utilising multiple websites to identify correct glass and where applicable, ordering glass from suppliers.


  • GSCEs in English and Maths preferred or general experience and competence to this level
  • Accurate Data Input
  • Proven experience within a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with a calm telephone manner
  • Knowledge of company products and services
  • Understanding of GDPR, Treating Customers Fairly Principles
  • Highly organised and accurate with an attention to detail even when under pressure
  • Able to prioritise effectively to ensure work is managed in line with agreed deliverables/deadlines
  • Able to cope with a challenging work schedule with changing priorities and multi task whilst still delivering high quality results
  • Familiar with and able to use system proficiently training provided
