Who we are:

About the role:

The role involves delivering excellent customer service, taking payment and Direct Debit calls from our customers respectfully and in a timely manner.

You'll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing that to a high quality whether that's inbound, outbound or face to face.

The role covers a working window of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 1pm (to include bank holidays).

You'll work varied shift patterns within those times for 37.5 hours a week.

The assessment centre will involve a group exercise, interview and a quick online test of your customer service skills so it's nothing to be nervous about We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable and you'll learn plenty more about us in the process.
