About The Role:


Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and thriving environment? Join us at Arco as a Warehouse Operative Apprentice, where you'll embark on a transformative journey of learning, growth, and hands-on experience.


Starting as an Apprentice, you'll gain foundational skills and experience and work towards gaining an industry recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification and throughout your 12 month Apprenticeship you will receive support and training from specialist staff within Arco Ltd, with onsite and remote Apprenticeship training delivered by our specialist training provider.

Key responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative Apprentice, you will be immersed in various aspects of warehousing, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to:

  • Booking in
  • Picking
  • Packing
  • Consolidation
  • Backoffice support systems and functions

The ideal warehouse operative apprentice will be/have:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be proficient in IT
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team
  • Maths and English GCSE grades 3/D or above is desirable
