About Our Client:

Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, blue-chip organisation based in Northampton with the appointment of an Employee Relations (HR) Advisor to join a busy HR function.

This role offers a mix of office and home working (Circa 2-3 days office/week)

Reporting to a Senior HR Advisor, the role of Employee Relations (HR) Advisor will take full responsibility for high volume casework, dealing with a wide range of matters such as absence management, performance management and more complex cases.

You will provide first-class advice to stakeholders, working in partnership with line managers to guide and advice on polices and procedures coaching them towards the best possible outcomes.
