Are you a highly motivated and experienced Finance Administrator seeking an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry? My clients is a reputable financial services firm based in Newcastle, and are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their fast-paced Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily bank account downloads, payments, and reconciliations across approximately 700 bank accounts.
  • Update and manage financial spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
  • Generate and process multi millionpound payment runs efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist advisers with regulatory returns to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners from various departments on a daily basis.
  • Conduct thorough factfinding and provide timely responses to payment queries.
  • Provide support to the wider Finance Team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet daily service level agreement (SLA) targets to maintain highquality service.

Qualifications:


  • Level 3 AAT qualification is preferred but not essential. Study support is available to further your professional development.

Experience:


  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fastpaced, paymentfocused environment.
  • Good working knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
