Barker Munro recruitment are working with an expanding Insurance Claims specialist organisation who are looking to recruit a Claims Auditor.

The key responsibility as Claims Auditor is contributing to development of and to execute the company's Claims Journey Audit programme and processes, ensuring that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately with feedback directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team and Senior management Team.

You will be required to review claims and associated call recordings and portal messages, as appropriate, to assess and score claims handling and customer journey.

Propose design improvements to above and deliver them in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT and MI Management Team.

You will be involved in developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties and create MI reports on Audit findings clearly highlight training needs.

Hybrid working considered but you will be required to work in the office each week so need to be able to get to Tonbridge.
