Lead Software Engineer - Leeds, United Kingdom - Lorien

A major client is seeking Senior and Lead Software Engineers experienced in software development using C#/.NET to join their start-up engineering team in Leeds. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch technical solutions on major Public Clouds to Public Sector organizations, this could be the perfect fit for you.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in Software Development and be hands-on with coding/Scripting. Additionally, you should possess excellent client/stakeholder management skills, team leadership abilities, and organizational prowess.

• Be a subject matter expert in full stack C#/.Net Core.
• Hands-on experience with Front End technologies like React or Angular.
• Demonstrable experience in leading engineering teams to build distributed systems and secure products at scale.
• Solid understanding of design practices, system architecture, and conducting code reviews.
• Proficiency in working with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and implementing microservices best practices.
• Extensive familiarity with CI/CD tooling like Github Actions, CircleCI, etc.
• Experience in setting up infrastructure testing within the pipeline for automated deployments.
• Knowledge of Database systems and models.
