Make Ready Drivers with a

C1 licence for our client based in Huntingdon.

This position is initially a temporary ongoing role and involve working 37.5 hours per week, earning an hourly rate of up to £11.45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of a Make Ready Driver:

Move company vehicles around the site for refuelling, cleaning, parking, vehicle testing and maintenance
To clean company vehicles for operational duty to agreed Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) quality standards for the benefit of our patients and staff.
All cleaning duties of both inside and outside of Trust vehicles are to be in accordance with Trust IPC standards and methodology
The role will involve shift working including nights and weekends.
To confirm with Make Ready staff that the vehicle they are due to move has the correct levels of stock and equipment assets assigned.
To undertake 'Vehicle Checks' on each vehicle driven to ensure it has legal tyres, functioning lights, sufficient oil and coolant, and fuel for the journey being completed, in accordance with Trust Policy.
Undertake extended road tests of vehicles.

To be a successful Make Ready Driver you will need:

Good communication skills
Basic understanding of IT is essential
Ability to work to tight deadline

Experience required in a similar role.

Compliance: UK driving licence with a C1 category is mandatory.
