Executive Assistant to British Cycling Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Salary:
Up to £43,500 FTE (21 hours - £24,360 pro -rata) - dependant on experience
Location:
National Cycling Centre, Manchester (hybrid)

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as an
Executive Assistant by providing a pro-active efficient service to the CEO and Chair, providing a bridge between management, staff and stakeholders.
About you
- Experience of complex business administration
- Successful experience of managing multiple tasks concurrently, meeting the required standards and deadlines
- Operates with high integrity
- IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- An eye for detail and ability to follow through and complete tasks under pressure
What will you be doing?
- Providing a secretarial and administrative service to the CEO, and Chair, producing high level documentation and a robust support system including providing a holding role in their absence.
- Providing confidential administrative support for Board and Executive Meetings minute taking, communicating events to diaries
- Organising and managing all elements of corporate events for the CEO liaising closely with relevant employees, venues and suppliers to ensure each event successfully meets the brief and budget.
- Assisting in the administration relating to International Relations, including the arrangement of attendance at congresses. Organising visits from other overseas governing bodies.
- Monitoring the CEO's mailbox on their behalf, disseminating correspondence where appropriate.
