Office Angels Staines are delighted to be partnering with this dynamic and fast-growing company committed to delivering high-quality service and solutions to their clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Coordinator to join their team at their Egham HQ. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing repair quotations.
Process purchase orders (POs) and issue order acknowledgements.
Order necessary parts, log stock into the database, and receipt parts upon delivery.
Source parts when out of stock or facing long lead times to provide prompt solutions.
Plan work schedules in advance with the Service Coordinator to optimise the use of mobile engineers.
Liaise with customers and keep them informed of progress and on completion of jobs.
Ensure completed jobs are closed and ready for invoicing.

Provide cover for the Service Coordinator when required.

Essential Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with mobile engineers to understand requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure customers receive quotations promptly and works are planned efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a small lively team and build strong relationships with remote engineers across the UK.
Competent with Microsoft Office/Teams.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Current full clean driving license (preferred but not essential)
