Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a

local authority in

Tyneside to recruit an experienced

Catering Assistant, If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,


Contract: - 6 months (Possible Extension)

Salary:
£14.44p/h (Umbrella)

Start Date:
ASAP

Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time

DUTIES:


  • Working with the team to answer customers queries and feedback
and complaints.

  • Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery.
  • Provide General Customer Support.
  • Liaising with colleagues across different departments to ensure full and comprehensive responses are provided with clear resolutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- previous experience within a Customer Service role or equivalent.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of customers.
