Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a

local authority in the

North East region, to recruit an experienced

Neighbourhood Services Advisor. If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

Contract: 3-6 months (Possible Extension)

Salary:
£11.81 p/h (Umbrella)

Start Date:
ASAP

Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week /Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 5:00pm

HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

DUTIES

To be a key point of contact for customers responding to enquiries across a range of Company services.
To work with customers seeking rehousing, providing advice on housing options.
To carry out interviews with customers and assist with home visits when required.
To encourage customers to access online services and promote digital inclusion.
To accurately process and reconcile income in line with financial guidelines and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
At least 2 years' experience within a Neighbourhood Services Advisor role or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to various residents with various needs.
