Inclusion IQ is delighted to be supporting our multi-award-winning client as they continue to expand their service offering to their international clients and as a result, they are seeking to appoint a Transport Co-ordinator to their NI Head quarters Quarters based at Lisburn.
The Role
This successful applicant will join a multi-award-winning organisation who have been operational for over 50 years and is forecast to turn over in excess of £40 million this year.
Within the last 12 months, they have promoted 10 people into management positions, with an investment of an external 6-month management training program, they have also promoted 15 people across the business in the last year throughout the organisation.

- Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their goods according to operating procedures and statutory requirements.
- Tracking trailer movements and keeping our customers updated.
- Checking supplier documentation against loads.
- Liaising with subcontractors.
- Briefing drivers in relation to routes and traffic management
- Preparing shift handovers and measuring KPI's.
- Learning all aspects of Transport across the island of Ireland and UK.
The Person
- Applicants must be able to work the following shifts:
Butterfly shift pattern (Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Week 2:
Wednesday & Thursday)
Hours of work 8.00am - 8.00pm
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in transport/warehousing operation
- Effective communicator both written and verbal and exceptional organizational skills
- Have highlevel IT skills as the complete operation is digital.
- Good timekeeping and being able to work in a structured manner adhering to timetable requirements.
- Problem solving ability.
- Flexible attitude to working hours & shift patterns to support the needs of the business.
