This trusted partner client, a leading & progressive trend setter in their field is actively seeking an expert in Mental Health Advocacy and Wellbeing, with a passion for continuous improvement, 1 to 1 delivery and coaching in a non-clinical role.
This is a newly created role in a business that is once again evidencing its care for its culture and employees, through the creation of the opportunity.
Sat in the recently created Occupational Health & Wellbeing department, this role will be a rounded opportunity to create and deliver new ideas in an industry where you'll unquestionably have the chance to make a difference.
Strong communicators and those who bring a demonstrable ability to influence, coach and build incredible stakeholder relationships are the applicants we seek, alongside the ability to see beyond year - strategic thinking and implementation of innovative concepts bring longer term results that this business is craving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Take full ownership of the UK strategy and hands on implementation of compassionate, meaningful and progressive Mental Health and wellbeing policy.
- Support and advocate for all employees as they navigate complex events or challenges they experience, either at work or in their personal lives.
- Develop and grow the internal team of Mental Health Ambassadors by providing upskilling opportunities, informal debriefing sessions and running awareness campaigns to raise their profile throughout the business.
- Create and deliver evidencebased training to various groups within the organisation, including Line Managers/Supervisors, HR teams, Wellbeing Champions, members of the Supply Chain.
- Creation and rollout of promotional materials, guides, procedures on mental health and wellbeingrelated topics.
