We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Officer - Revenue and Administration within our Corporate Business Division.


The post-holder will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable function by ensuring the effective and efficient processing and management of revenue and receivables, including member country pledges and contributions.

Other responsibilities entailed in this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Responding to and resolving queries from High Commissioners, Ministries and other organisations in relation to revenue and receivables. This will include the preparation of receipt acknowledgement letters and reminder letters to the High Commissioners, Ministries and other organisations for outstanding balances, as per the established time schedules and agreements;
  • Maintaining a schedule of countries who are in breach of the Abuja Guidelines, ensuring that any changes to the status of countries affected by the Abuja Guidelines throughout the year are updated and are communicated in a timely manner;
  • Preparing for and managing internal and external audit requirements as well as responding to audit queries;
  • Attending the Revenue Management Committee and facilitating the collection process to ensure that this is completed in a timely and in an effective manner.
