Our front offices are instrumental in the success of Marsh & Parsons, and we are looking for Office Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.
Working as part of our multi award-winning operation, which spans a network of 27 prime London offices, you will be a shining example of our exceptional customer service and will support the administration of the front offices to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and personality to ensure that every single customer experience is exemplary.
From meeting and greeting customers to presenting the office in an immaculate condition and managing the diaries of our Negotiators and Managers, the Office Administrators are one of the keys to the success of the Sales and Lettings teams and must have the excellent organisational skills and get-up-and-go to manage a busy day.
Professional Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Ability to prioritise tasks in keeping with the demands of the office
- IT literate and proficient in Word and Excel
