Looking for an Operations Manager within domiciliary care. This is a step up from the Registered Manager role, there would be a RM reporting into you.
The company are a franchise within the domiciliary care sector. They are leading the way with their results with CQC across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:

  • To think strategically
  • To market and advertise the business in the private sector
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Identify areas to grow the branch
  • To develop and coach the Registered Manager
  • To work closely with the Directors

Operations Manager Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Operations Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strategic thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • High standards of quality
  • Personable approach
