Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:
- To think strategically
- To market and advertise the business in the private sector
- Focus on compliance and quality within the service
- Identify areas to grow the branch
- To develop and coach the Registered Manager
- To work closely with the Directors
Operations Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Operations Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Commercial awareness
- Strategic thinker
- Attention to detail
- High standards of quality
- Personable approach
