Tempest Resourcing are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Education division.

Our Education division is rapidly growing and is continually home to the highest billing consultants at the company Our consultants are full 360-degree Recruitment Consultants, meaning you benefit from developing relationships with both candidates and clients alike, as well as developing the skills that come with that experience.

You will use your exceptional communication skills to build your own network of candidates sourced from our extensive database, online job boards and referrals.

You will have access to our extensive client network allowing you to quickly build a very lucrative desk.

Whether fresh to the industry or an old hand, every new member of staff completes our dedicated training programme, ensuring our values and approach to delivering for our clients are embedded from the start.

Training, development, and mentoring is offered throughout to ensure Tempest Resourcing offers its people everything they need to flourish.

At least 1 years proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Extensive training on professional development for Trainee to Director level our external Talent Development Lead
