Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct market research to determine property values
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters
  • Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and present offers to clients
  • Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
  • Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and changes
Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12,689.78-£35,000.00 per year
