This client is a market leader in the homestays hospitality sector, allowing you to book anything from a short stay in some of the world's most unique vacation rental properties to a longer stay in a townhouse in London via their platform._

Responsibilities:

Accountable for scheduling and assigning training to Payments Compliance team members as well as stakeholders in wider teams with our client.
Support training through to completion, including follow up where necessary with stakeholders and leadership.
Provide reporting on training completion rates.
Collaborate with the Training Lead on the development of local and global training programs.
Recommend training materials as part of the continuing education program.
Evaluate our work as a Training Team, finding ways for the team to be more efficient, relevant and valuable.
Maintaining a good working relationship with stakeholders.

Skills:

At least 6 months in a training or compliance background
Organized with strong administrative skills.
Strong communication skills, the ability to share information clearly and concisely and to persuade learners and stakeholders.
Collaborative personality someone who can work with a Training Team spread across the world, all working together towards common goals.
Experience using a Learning Management System preferred.
