Your work will focus on supporting our customers throughout their tenancies and maintaining their homes to the highest standards.

    Your key responsibilities include providing dedicated housing support to a caseload of customers by addressing their unique needs and assisting them in navigating their tenancies. This involves conducting home visits to engage with customers, assess their needs, and develop personalised support plans. In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues and community partners to offer comprehensive support and resources to customers concerning tenancy issues or financial assistance.

    You will actively involve customers in housing decisions, ensuring their voices are heard and respected, while taking ownership of your role by continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

    A full valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is essential for community visits.
