Main Purpose of Job:
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting a busy accounts function
- Providing financial and administrative services to operations throughout the company
- Developing a continuous improvement culture within the company, sharing best practices and procedures
- Adhering to and fulfilling all requirements of health safety and environmental legislation and procedures
Principle Duties:
- Maintaining existing financial systems including being first point of contact for all financial matters
- Producing and issuing monthly client/sales invoices
- Matching, coding and inputting invoices into sage
- Accurately processing and entry of supplier invoices into sage
- Preparing and quality checking purchase ledger statements
- Monthly purchase ledger statement reconciliation
- Completing month end purchase/sales task list
- Prepare reports for supplier payments
- Being proactive in recognising potential issues and bringing them to the timely attention of the Senior Accounts Administrator
- Maintain confidential employee information, personnel files and process all documentation as necessary
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar account's administrator role
- Proven work experience of payment types and processes
- Relevant experience of SAGE accounts
- Competent user of all aspects of Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
- Accounting qualification AAT Level 2 or equivalent

Salary:
- £23,400 - £24,375 pro-rota (this salary is based on a 37.5-hour week)
Hours Of Work:
- This position is a parttime position.
We therefore seek individuals to join our team, who can work to these expectations as well as setting high personal standards for their own work.
