Description

Ideally, they are looking for are looking for a 0-3 PQE lawyer to join their corporate department working with the team on music catalogue acquisitions and sales, together with other corporate matters for our clients in the music and wider entertainmentindustry.

The work will entail the drafting and negotiation of:

shareholder and partnership agreements; investment agreements; documentation ancillary to larger share or asset purchase agreements, including disclosure letters and dealing with related due diligencework.

They are seeking an outstanding lawyer with strong drafting skills who enjoys working as part of a team.

Any potential candidate must be able to show experience of relevant corporate work within industries dealing with intellectual property and a demonstrabledesire to work in the music and entertainment industry, although specific commercial knowledge and experience of the music and entertainment industry is not essential.
