Are you proficient at navigating the complexities of academic administration? Do you have experience in managing admissions and examinations with precision and care? Signature Recruitment is seeking a highly organised individual to join a prestigious London based university's team.
This is a one-month role with an immediate start.Admissions and Exams Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee undergraduate admissions, ensuring compliance with university policies and maintaining confidentiality of applicants' information.
- Manage logistics for college and department open days and admissions events.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of examination materials, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Collaborate closely with faculty members and senior administrators to streamline admissions and examination processes.
- Handle data entry and report generation.
Admissions and Exams Key Skills:
- Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
£20.00-£20.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Bachelor's (preferred)
