Are you proficient at navigating the complexities of academic administration? Do you have experience in managing admissions and examinations with precision and care? Signature Recruitment is seeking a highly organised individual to join a prestigious London based university's team.

This is a one-month role with an immediate start.


Admissions and Exams Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee undergraduate admissions, ensuring compliance with university policies and maintaining confidentiality of applicants' information.
  • Manage logistics for college and department open days and admissions events.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of examination materials, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty members and senior administrators to streamline admissions and examination processes.
  • Handle data entry and report generation.

Admissions and Exams Key Skills:


  • Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
£20.00-£20.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
