We are looking for an Associate Director of People to support the Executive Director of People to lead the internal HR and OD Function for the Integrated Care Board and transform the way we support our workforce across the System.


You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Integrated Care Boards Internal People Strategy and associated enabling plans, policies, systems and services so it is seen as a great place to work with a compassionate and inclusive culture that meets the needs of its staff through strong engagement and effective business partnering services across the organisation.


You will also be responsible for ensuring the organisation implements and delivers its strategic priorities in line with the NHS People Plan and People Promise as well as the regional, national and Integrated Care System people priorities.
